- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule cleaning services and in-home estimates for new and existing customers
- Perform in-home estimates, accurately assessing customer needs and service pricing
- Conduct quality checks on completed cleanings to ensure company standards are met
- Follow up with customers to address questions, feedback, or concerns
- Coordinate schedules between customers and cleaning teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in scheduling software
- Assist with administrative tasks and office support
- Help grow and retain customers by delivering exceptional service and solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers in person
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, data entry)
- Professional appearance and demeanor (for estimates and quality checks)
- Valid driver's license is required
