Molly Maid is hiring a friendly, motivated In-Home Estimator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, light sales, and a mix of field + office work.
You’ll visit customers’ homes, assess cleaning needs, and provide accurate estimates while delivering great customer service.
What You’ll Do
Visit homes and provide cleaning estimates
Recommend services and follow up with customers
Answer calls, texts, and emails
Schedule and confirm appointments
Enter customer info and pricing into our system
Communicate with office staff and cleaning teams

Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in their homes
Sales or customer service experience
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Basic math and organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
