Job Summary:
We are hiring a reliable and physically capable Pallet Sorter to support our warehouse operations. The Pallet Sorter is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repairing pallets according to company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality and flow of the shipping and receiving processes.

The Pallet Sorter is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repairing pallets according to company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality and flow of the shipping and receiving processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Inspect pallets for damage, contamination, or non-compliance with quality standards.
- Sort pallets by type, condition, and destination (e.g., good, repairable, scrap).
- Use hand or pneumatic tools to perform basic repairs on pallets when necessary.
- Stack pallets safely and efficiently to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation of processed pallets.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution center or pallet repair facility is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds (34 kg) and perform physically demanding tasks repetitively.
- Comfort to work in variable temperature conditions (indoor/outdoor).
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
The job opportunity is located in Antioch.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
