Job Summary:
We are hiring a dependable and physically capable Pallet Sorter to support our warehouse operations. The Pallet Sorter is responsible for inspecting, sorting, and repairing pallets according to company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality and flow of shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect pallets for damage, contamination, or non-compliance with quality standards
Sort pallets by type, condition, and destination (e.g., good, repairable, discard)
Use manual or pneumatic tools to perform basic pallet repairs when needed
Stack pallets safely and efficiently to maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintain accurate counts and documentation of pallets processed
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Requirements:

Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or pallet repair facility is a plus
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks repeatedly
Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions (indoor/outdoor)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
