We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Nail Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Nail Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining nail production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. The ideal candidate should have mechanical aptitude, good hand-eye coordination, and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Set up and operate nail-making machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to maintain product quality
- Conduct regular maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment
- Inspect nails for defects and ensure proper size, shape, and finish
- Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or downtime
- Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures
Requirements: - Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed
