• Inspect and repair damaged pallets using nail guns, hammers, and saws.
• Ensure pallets meet company quality standards before being returned to inventory.
• Sort usable pallets from broken ones and determine the best repair method.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment.
Requirements:
• Experience with hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to lift and move heavy pallets repeatedly.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality repairs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
