Experience required:
- Organizing files, creating correspondence, and preparing reports or documents.
- Managing calendars, sorting mail, and preparing invoices.
- Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
- Providing support to managers, employees, and office visitors.
- Experience with Quickbooks - mandatory
- Desired experience in Construction companies
- Word / Excel.
Pay rate - $25/hour
Full time (Monday / Friday 8am to 5pm)
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
